Surfside, as its name suggests, is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach breakers at Crooklets with the neighbouring sands of Summerleaze and Widemouth only a short drive away. Bude is the ultimate holiday destination for adventure lovers of all ages. Child-friendly beaches with plenty of facilities rub shoulders with more secluded, secret coves that you’ll find just a little off the beaten track. Wherever your exploration takes you, the views will take your breath away, so be sure to take a picnic and a rug as you might want to stay awhile and watch the world go by.
WELCOME INSIDE
Surfside is the epitome of Edwardian town house splendour, Traditional features combine with modern amenities resulting in luxurious accommodation. As you step into the entrance hall with its natural stone floor tiles you’ll immediately feel at home. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is vast and from here you can spill out into a walled garden. The sitting room is equipped with plenty to entertain, while a cosy snug offers a quiet reading space. The master bedroom has far-reaching views over the golf course to the sea with a pretty, private balcony.
STEP OUTSIDE
The walled rear garden is a real sun trap. As well as a lawn there is also a patio area with local Delabole flag stone floors. Outside lighting twinkles on balmy evenings making this a perfect garden to enjoy at any time of day. Surfside also benefits from a separate double garage which is perfect for secure storage of wetsuits, surfboards and bicycles and also provides a secure parking facility.
VENTURE FORTH
You can spend endless days surfing the waves at one of the many local beaches or take a coastal walk across the clifftops before watching the sun set over the ocean. Or take a stroll into Bude town to visit one of its excellent local restaurants or grab a drink in one of the friendly local hostelries before heading back to the comfort of Surfside. Further afield, there are many quintessential Cornish villages to explore.

The two king sized bedrooms at Surfside are both en-suite, there is a further double bedroom, a children’s twin room (2’ 6” beds) and a four-bedded bunk room. In addition to the en-suites there’s a family bathroom and a downstairs WC.
LIVING AND DINING
The kitchen/dining area has plenty of space in which to relax, whether that be at the breakfast bar, the long dining table or on the comfy sofas in front
of the wood burner. The kitchen has a range-style gas cooker with double oven, Neff microwave, dishwasher, plate warmer and a Whirlpool American-style fridge freezer with ice maker. A Neff coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer complete the kitchen picture. The separate lounge has a feature fireplace and plenty of comfortable sofas to kick back on.
