WELCOME INSIDE
Wyvern House has been lovingly refurbished from top to bottom with nautical-inspired interiors while maintaining the original charm and character that make this home unique. Living areas are capacious; ideal for groups of friends or extended families to come together. Bedrooms are havens of calm, some with views across to the sea and all except one has an en suite.
STEP OUTSIDE
There is plenty of outdoor dining space and to the side of the house is a safe place to store surf boards and bikes. An outdoor hose also means that wetsuits can be rinsed off, hung up and readied for the next day. And with your own hot tub, you can
soak away all your cares in the privacy of the
private garden.
VENTURE FORTH
Bude, and its rugged north coast surroundings, offers year-round holiday perfection. On summer days there are several sandy beaches nearby to enjoy, in addition to Crooklets, or the town itself is a lovely place to stroll. In the shoulder months, the South West Coast Path offers rugged walks for those wrapped up warm.

There is one super-king bedroom, two king rooms, two doubles, one twin room and one, two-bedded bunk room. There are six en-suite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom downstairs.
LIVING AND DINING
The kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave, two dishwashers, an under-counter fridge and a range oven. The utility room has a workspace for food preparation and the washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer are all housed here. With dog beds and bowls, your pets can have a nap in peace after a long day's walking with easy access straight outdoors. The lounge boasts three large sofas and the dining area has a bespoke dining table seating up to 14. There is also a separate children's den with table football. and its own television.
