There’s a grassed communal garden so the little ones can let off steam and at the end of you beach day there's a handy outdoor shower and lockable surfboard shed.
This is a holiday where you could easily unload the car and not have to use it until your journey home as Widemouth Bay itself has its own excellent amenities including a highly recommended restaurant, café and tea rooms. The village shop is well-stocked with a range of local produce and a popular fresh fish counter. The South West Coast Path is literally on the doorstep but if you did fancy a trip out you can take the scenic coast road to Bude, just a few miles away.

There is reserved parking for one car. Further parking can be found at the adjacent Black Rock Sands car park available for a charge of approximately £30 per week. There are three visitor spaces but not reserved so are on a first come, first served basis.
Dogs are accepted with prior arrangement. Llawnroc is situated at the Black Rock end of Widemouth bay beach which is a dog-friendly beach.
The links at the Bude and North Cornwall Golf Club are just a short drive away and Elite West Holidays' guests benefit from reduced fees..
The local surfing beach is just a short walk from the house.
You’re just a short walk from the renowned South West Coast Path giving you access to 500 miles of coastal walks in either direction.
Families with young children are always welcome, with travel cots, stair gate, bed guard and highchairs available.
The property is suitable for wheelchair access.

The property is well finished with a modern feel. We stayed with our two children, aged 10 and 11, as well as my in-laws. It is situated a really short walk from the beach so was brilliant for our dogs. The house has wood flooring through the majority of the house so coping with the beach sand was easy. Large door opened in the upstairs living space allowing you to see and hear the waves and really soak up the seaside experience. The interaction with James, the agent, was fantastic and because of this we have booked again. Our first ever return to a rental!
