Chi An Treth is a fabulous property in a luxury development of eight superior houses situated just yards from the beach at Widemouth Bay. When we say a minute's walk to the beach that is genuinely what we mean! The South West Coast Path winds its way through the bay which will lead you through some incredible clifftop scenery, with the backdrop of endless Cornish skies and the Atlantic ocean.
WELCOME INSIDE
The house offers wonderful accommodation for six people. It has a light and airy feel that is complemented by contemporary design features. The spacious sitting room has a large corner sofa with a log burner for warming toes after bracing beach walks. Subtle nautical hues and cosy throws create a feeling of calm, while plenty of modern touches mean you’ll want for nothing here.
STEP OUTSIDE
Double doors from the sitting room can be thrown open on to the communal gardens, or you can retire to the outdoor private dining area to cook up a fresh fish feast on the charcoal barbecue. Beach gear, westsuits and surfboards can be kept safe in the surf store and there’s a handy outdoor shower for that pesky sand!
VENTURE FORTH
Widemouth Bay has its own little community with a well-stocked local shop, complete with fresh fish counter, a café and popular restaurant. The nearest town is Bude, just a short drive away for all other conveniences. Head up or down the coast from here and you’ll be rewarded with surfing spots and secluded coves – the choices are endless.

There’s a superking master bedroom with apex windows offering rural views. In addition, there are two kingsized double bedrooms, with scope to split into twins if preferred. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and there is a further shower room on the ground floor.
LIVING AND DINING
The spacious sitting room has a corner sofa, log burner with fireguard, and two sets of patio doors. The modern and open-plan kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob, small fan oven and grill, double fan oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, a tall fridge freezer and a built-in washer/dryer. The dining table seats six in comfort and there is underfloor heating throughout the property.

The two sets of patio doors lead out from the sitting room on to a private decked area. The property also benefits from access to communal gardens. There is outdoor seating on the decked area, a charcoal barbecue, secure surf store and useful outdoor shower.

There is allocated parking for two vehicles.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement.
GOLFERS
The links at the Bude and North Cornwall Golf Club are a just short drive away along the coast. Elite West Holidays' guests benefit from reduced fees.
SURFERS
There is direct access to the local surfing beach from the house with secure surfboard storage at the property in addition to an outdoor shower.
WALKERS
There is direct access to the South West Coast Path with 500 miles of coastal walks in either direction.
YOUNG FAMILIES
Families with young children are always welcome, with travel cots and highchairs available.
