Postcards from Cornwall

Updated: Dec 22, 2021

Here are just a few postcards from some our favourite places across Cornwall - the perfect destinations for a New Year road trip. We can't wait to see you in Cornwall soon!

Gwithian is one of the most stunning stretches of sand in Cornwall and is a true surfer's paradise. Its three miles of golden sands begins at Godrevy with its iconic lighthouse and stretches past the idyllic Mexico Towans and on to Hayle.

Porth Nanven, in the Cot Valley in west Cornwall has two small beaches. It is a secluded spot and a favourite of bird watchers and walkers, sometimes referred to as Dinosaur Egg Beach due to the large, smooth boulders found there.

Bedruthan Steps are nothing short of iconic. From here you can enjoy wonderful walks on the South West Coast Path, which meanders past more picture-postcard coves and craggy headlands. This is possibly one of the prettiest stretches of coastline in the south west.

Tintagel is a place where history meets legend. For centuries, this dramatic coastline and its amazing castle has drawn visitors to its heights. The steep slopes and sheer cliffs make it all the more dramatic along with the installation of an awesome new footbridge.
