Just yards from the beach at Widemouth Bay, a stay here is the ultimate in seaside splendour. This is a property perfect for multigenerational holidays or for a fun stay with a group of friends.
WELCOME INSIDE
The interior décor and furnishings are exquisite. Reverse-level living takes full advantage of the incredible views so you can sink into a sumptuous sofa and look out across the dunes to the sea. Or you can spill out from the living room on to the balcony, that runs the full width of the house, to enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner as you soak up the coastal vista. A contemporary kitchen makes catering a dream and crisp linens await at the end of the day.
STEP OUTSIDE
The large upstairs balcony has stairs down to the good-sized garden. It has lockable gates top and bottom with child safety in mind. You can sit and dine in the garden or just rest and enjoy the ambience with a good book to hand. At the end of a day of adventure, whether that be on the beach or one of north Cornwall’s cycle trails, there’s a lockable storage shed to keep surfboards and bicycles safe, and a barbecue for cooking up an al fresco feast.
VENTURE FORTH
A quick glance out of the balcony windows will let you know what the surf is doing so you’ll know whether to grab your board or if it’s a day better suited for simply taking a stroll along the beach. You might fancy treating yourself to a bite to eat, which you can do in one of the nearby cafés or restaurants, or spend the day building sand castles with the little ones. For adventures further afield, Cornwall’s north coast has much to offer.

There are two king-sized bedrooms, one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom. There are four bathrooms, three of which are en-suite.
LIVING AND DINING
There are sink-into sofas in the open-plan living area as well as dining table to seat eight. The kitchen has a Bosch double oven and grill, a four-ring hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, coffee maker and a washing machine and tumble dryer in the separate utility room on ground floor.

Accepted with prior arrangement. 8 Black Rock Sands is situated at the south end of Widemouth Bay Beach, which is dog-friendly.

The links at the Bude and North Cornwall Golf Club are just a short drive away and Elite West Holidays' guests benefit from reduced fees..
SURFERS
There is direct access to the local surfing beach.
WALKERS
You’re just a short walk from the renowned South West Coast Path giving you access to 500 miles of coastal walks in either direction.
YOUNG FAMILIES
