If your holiday relaxation comes in the form of something more active, then Bude's golf links are on the doorstep, as is access to endless miles of the South West Coast Path.

Its bright turquoise facade heralds a joyous entrance into a vast open plan living space, with cleverly designed windows that invite clear Cornish light to every corner. Pops of vibrant colour create a contemporary palette that works in harmony with the sleek modern lines of a 'cook's dream' kitchen. With such a vast outdoor playground on the doorstep, The Blue House's lawned patios and cute balcony are all you need to enjoy a steaming morning coffee, pre-dinner cocktail or a sundowner as the day draws to an end.

The South West Coast Path stretches in both directions from Crooklets Beach and whichever way you choose is a gateway to discovering craggy headlines and secluded coves. The beaches and bays that span this Atlantic coastline are some of the best you'll find, each one with its own personality and all with the sea and sand at their heart, Further afield, a plethora of Cornish towns, gardens and attractions are easily accessible.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
On the first floor there is a spacious master, king bedroom with dressing area and en-suite bathroom, with French doors leading to an enclosed balcony with seating. Also on this level, there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower. Another flight of stairs leads to the ground floor where there are a further two bedrooms; a king room with en-suite wet room and French doors to a small enclosed garden area and another twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The mango king size bed is bespoke, topped with lollipop stripe throws. The beds are centred and softened by warm wool rugs.
LIVING AND DINING
The property is entered via the second floor into the contemporary living space with wood burner and a bespoke Cornish sofa, that has been made-to-measure. A step up takes you to the kitchen/dining area which is both well-equipped and stylish. Vintage Italian dining chairs and a stunning bespoke dining table that is fused from oak and glass featuring flotsam and jetsam from Bude's beaches feature in the dining room while the well-equipped kitchen has a useful breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A washer/dryer is conveniently located in the ground floor utility room.

Here you will find a lockable wetsuit facility with useful outdoor shower accessed both from the property as well as from outside using the shared rear steps. There is a small enclosed garden area with artificial grass and deck chairs.
