This fabulous detached house is situated in the historic Stamford Hill area of Bude, with spectacular views of the North Cornwall coastline and surrounding area. In the mid 16th century the Battle of Stamford Hill took place between the Royalists and the Parliamentarians and every year in May there is a re-enactment of the battle in the nearby village of Stratton (historic Inns and cottages).

Healthy Gate is a stunning house and is superbly equipped to offer incredibly comfortable holiday accommodation for large families and groups of friends. The house boasts seven bedrooms with three doubles (2 en-suite), three twins (one downstairs) and a three bedded room and sleeps 15 in luxury. The modern and contemporary kitchen is superbly equipped for all your catering needs and this leads to a light and spacious conservatory style dining area.

The lounge has a flat screen television and comfortable seating and overlooks the large and private gardens and there is a separate games room.

The beaches of Bude are a five minute drive and the town itself offers an excellent selection of restaurants and shops. It is possible to take a leisurely walk along the bridle footpaths into town and this is a lovely way of seeing the local area.

The holiday accommodation glass balcony offers unrivalled views over Bude town in the distance and is a recommended spot for a relaxed drink at the end of an energetic and busy day exploring the local area.
