Part of a small development of barns in a peaceful rural location on the Hartland Peninsula, with numerous walks through the quiet lanes onto the South West Coastal Path, Hawthorn Barn, one of a row, enjoys beautiful sea views and is situated a few miles from the pretty village of Hartland which has a number of shops and pubs serving food. There are stunning coves nearby at Spekes Mill and Hartland Quay or big sandy surfing beaches at Westward Ho! and Sandymouth. Bideford lies close by from where trips to Lundy Island can be booked. Further afield there is the Dartmoor National Park or hire a bike and explore the Tarka Trail. An ideal holiday base. Shops and pub 5 miles.

Two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and toilet. Bunk bedroom. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. First floor: Living/dining room with double sofa bed (for alternative sleeping only), wood-burning stove, Velux windows and kitchen area with Velux windows.
