Wake up in the morning and look over the greens and fairways of this renowned links golf course and take the short stroll to the beach or town.

Equiped with a modern, stainless steel kitchen/diner and with two separate sitting rooms there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and have their own space. The main lounge has a flatscreen television with DVD and CD players and an open fire to cosy up to on a chilly evening. The snug has a sofa, bean bags, television/DVD and CD players and table football and makes it an ideal room for children to "do their own thing". There is ample storage in the garage for wetsuits and surfboards, and even a car!  Adjacent to the kitchen there is a utility room with downstairs shower which is ideal for use after coming off the beach.

With the beach only a few minutes' walk away and the town, which has an excellent selection of shops and restaurants, just up the road, there is plenty for all the family and makes Arden House an ideal luxury holiday cottage retreat. At the rear of the property is an enclosed garden with lawned area and decking for patio furniture.

With the beach at Crooklets Bay and the renowned Summerleaze Sea Pool a short walk from the house it is perfect for those looking for a coastal holiday whilst having the benefit of being on the edge of a bustling town which has so much to offer.
