Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the location is simply jaw-dropping. Set at the end of a quiet, private cul-de-sac this stunning coastal retreat is literally yards from the beach. Sun-drenched days can be spent exploring the coast or simply take a rug to the beach and chill while the little ones play happily in the rockpools. The nearby village of Widemouth Bay has a local shop for essentials and several beach cafés for after-beach sweet treats or light lunches.

STEP OUTSIDE

After a day on the beach, you can wash off under the outdoor shower before stowing surf gear in the secure storage area. Then it’s time to kick back in the sheltered and sunny enclosed rear garden. The large patio area makes al fresco dining a breeze and when the day comes to an end, the seating area at the front of the house affords sunset displays that you will remember forever.

VENTURE FORTH

This area of Cornwall is much sought-after; no wonder considering the stunning coastal location, picture-postcard harbourside towns and award-winning places to eat. The nearby bustling seaside town of Bude is a place where you can happily while away a few hours browsing the artisan shops and local galleries. Further afield, the north coast offers endless opportunities for days and evenings out.

On the ground floor there is a super king room with sea views, a king size room with a garden view and a twin room. On the first floor there is a further super king room, which can be set up as a twin if required. There
is also a sitting area on this floor with floor-to-ceiling windows and sea
views. There are three en-suites and one family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

LIVING AND DINING

The kitchen has twin ovens, a fridge-freezer, an induction hob, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. There is an adjacent laundry with a washing machine and a tumble drier. The open-plan living area is light, airy and spacious and there is a fireplace with a log burning stove.

OUTSIDE
