This fabulous family house is situated overlooking Bude & North Cornwall Golf Course and is perfect also for the beach and town. A lovely brick built Edwardian house, Arden House is perfect for groups and families and sleeps up to eight. Wake up in the morning and look over the greens and fairways of this renowned links golf course and take the short stroll to the beach or town.

A lovely, traditional Rayburn complements the modern, stainless steel kitchen/diner and with two separate sitting rooms there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and have their own space. The main lounge has a flatscreen television with DVD and CD players, and an open fire to cosy up to on a chilly evening. The snug has a sofa, bean bags, television/DVD and CD player and makes it an ideal room for children to "do their own thing". There is ample storage in the garage for wetsuits and surfboards, and even a car! With the beach only a few minutes' walk away and the town just up the road, there is plenty for all the family and makes Arden House an ideal luxury holiday cottage retreat.

During last winter this house had the benefit of extensive renovation and redecoration with an extension built which includes a further shower room (very useful when coming from the beach) and a well equipped utility area.
