Situated in the heart of Bude, 39 Valley Road is a distinct character house built in the late 1920s offering spacious accommodation for up to eleven guests. With many original Art Deco features this is a lovely house that will suit larger families and groups who want to be close to the coast and beaches and have easy access to the town and all its amenities.

Some of the bedrooms have wonderful views over the Downs and the town, and there are two separate bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi corner bath) and the master bedroom has an ensuite shower room. There is plenty of living space with a large sitting room, excellent dining room, children's snug and a wonderful conservatory designed with peace and tranquillity in mind. There is a Wii available, 42 inch HD ready flat screen television, full Sky package including sports and movies, DVD player and Broadband. There are also televisions in every bedroom. Allow the children to let off steam in the secure garden area or their own playroom while you sit and relax with the Sunday papers.

The kitchen has been completely refurbished and is perfectly appointed for preparing gourmet meals or simply to heat up ready prepared meals that can be delivered by our local food company - there is also a breakfast table in the kitchen for less formal dining. The garden has a patio area with table, chairs and gas barbeque. If you are staying during July and August a beach hut situated at Crooklets Beach is available for your private use. This is a fantastic facility which is invaluable for all your surfboards, buckets and spades and all the paraphenalia that tends to be required on the beach. Also during July and August, guests staying here are provided with one complimentary car parking ticket for the duration of their stay which is valid in the Crooklets Beach car park.
